本发明涉及一种能够同时产生相同变化电场力的多通道高效电极,包括固定在支架托板上的高压多通道电极;高压多通道电极为封闭的筒状结构,上端设置有进气口和加料口,其底部为平板状,平板下部设置有2个或2个以上的金属中空针状通道;金属中空针状通道与外界高压脉冲电源正极端电连接;各中空针状通道的下端口处于同一平面;高压多通道电极下方对应设置有低压板电极,低压板电极为平板状结构,在中空针状体通道下端所对应的低压板电极上设置有圆孔,圆孔的四周设置有金属圆环,金属圆环与外界高压负脉冲电源电连接;低压板电极与支架为可滑动连接。该电极用于静电雾化法可规模化制备粒径可控且均一的生物微胶囊。 | The invention relates to a multi-channel high-efficiency electrode which can generate same change electric field force simultaneously, comprising a high-volage multi-channel electrode fixed on a support plate of a bracket. The high-voltage multi-channel electrode is of a closed tubular structure, the upper end of which is provided with an air intake and a feed inlet and the bottom of which is a slab shape; the lower part of a slab is provided with 2 or more than 2 metal hollow acerose channels which are electrically connected with the anode end of an external high-voltage pulse power source; the lower end ports of both the metal hollow acerose channels are positioned at a same plane; a low-voltage board electrode is arranged correspondingly below the high-voltage multi-channel electrode, and is of the slab-shaped structure; the low-voltage board electrode corresponding to the lower ends of the metal hollow acerose channels is provided with round holes, the circumferences of which are provided with metal circular rings which are electrically connected with an external high-voltage negative pulse power source; the low-voltage board electrode is connected with the bracket in a sliding way. The multi-channel high-efficiency electrode used in a method of electrostatic atomization can prepare biologic microcapsules with controllable and uniform grain diameters. |
